FOR A PARKING FACILITY ON STATE PROPERTY IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the general services department

twenty-one million dollars ($21,000,000) to plan, design and construct a parking facility on state property in close proximity to the state capitol for use by members of the public, legislative staff, state agency workers and others conducting state business in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county. This appropriation is contingent upon the general services department consulting with the legislative council service about location, design and facility use requirements.
