FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE FAMBROUGH WATER COOPERATIVE IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct water system improvements for the Fambrough water cooperative in Chaves county.
