SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 815

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY John Pinto

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF SANTA ANA IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose education and wellness center at the Pueblo of Santa Ana in Sandoval county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for facility demolition, construction, furniture and equipment for a community diabetes wellness center at the Pueblo of Santa Ana in Sandoval county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct a water storage tank at the Pueblo of Santa Ana in Sandoval county.
