FOR TECHNOLOGY AND CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FOR THE DRUG AND DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED COURTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the administrative office of the courts

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for technology and capital expenditures for the drug and driving while intoxicated courts throughout the state of New Mexico.
