FOR A JUDICIAL COMPLEX IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for planning, design and construction of a judicial complex in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
