FOR A STUDY AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NINE-HOLE GOLF COURSE AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for a study and planning, designing and constructing a nine-hole golf course at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
