FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN THE LOW MESA AREA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to plan, design and construct water system improvements in the Low Mesa area in Otero county.
