FOR THE MULTIMEDIA EDUCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER AT THE EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY ROSWELL CAMPUS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for planning, design, construction and equipment for the multimedia training center at the eastern New Mexico university Roswell campus in Chaves county.
