FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN LINCOLN AND ROOSEVELT COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and renovate a commercial building for a "one stop center" at the Ruidoso branch of eastern New Mexico university in Lincoln county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for phase 1 expansion and roof replacement at the Ruidoso branch of eastern New Mexico university in Lincoln county; and

fifty-seven thousand dollars ($57,000) to purchase equipment and upgrade information technology for remote broadcasting for KENW-TV News 3 at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
