FOR LAND ACQUISITION FOR THE MESILLA VALLEY BOSQUE STATE PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for land acquisition for the Mesilla Valley Bosque state park in Dona Ana county.
