SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1117

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CENTRAL OFFICE OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for the central air conditioning at the central office of the Las Vegas city public school district in San Miguel county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to replace the roof at the central office of the Las Vegas city public school district in San Miguel county; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the central office of the Las Vegas city public school district in San Miguel county.
