SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1120

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Pete Campos

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for wastewater treatment renovation in Mountainair in Torrance county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for water system improvements in Mountainair in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for an addition to the fire department building in Mountainair in Torrance county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for an equipment storage building and vehicle for the maintenance yard in Mountainair in Torrance county.
