FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 70 AND CARRIZO INTERSECTION IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for road improvements to the intersection of Carrizo and New Mexico highway 70 in Lincoln county.
