FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for improvements to county road 83 in Rio Arriba county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for improvements to county road 62 in Rio Arriba county.
