FOR A WASTEWATER REUSE DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred eighteen thousand dollars ($118,000) to plan and design an on-site wastewater reuse demonstration and training center at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
