has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE

        SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 124

is reported WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4 between lines 11 and 12 insert the following new paragraph:

               “(4) not in an existing subdivision with restrictive covenants; and”.
