    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 151, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 19, strike "committee on concerns of the handicapped" and insert in lieu thereof "commission on disability".

    2. On page 5, line 5, after the second occurrence of "of" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 6 and 7 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "the applicable New Mexico building codes adopted pursuant to the Construction Industries Licensing Act and the LPG and CNG Act in effect at the applicable time".
