    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 159, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "THAT SURROUND THE RACETRACKS OR TO" and on page 1, line 14, strike "MUNICIPALITIES" and insert in lieu thereof "OR COUNTIES".

    2. On page 1, line 14, after "RACETRACKS" insert "OF THOSE LICENSEES".

    3. On page 1, line 25, after the comma insert "or to a county in which a racetrack gaming operator licensed pursuant to the Gaming Control Act is located, if the racetrack is located in the unincorporated area of the county,".

    4. On page 3, line 25, after "municipality" insert "or county".
