    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 195 as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, between lines 13 and 14, insert a new sentence to read:

     "Nothing in this section shall modify or repeal any authority currently vested in any organization described in this subsection.".,                                  

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
