has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, between lines 11 and 12, insert a new section to read:

     "Section 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act apply to taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007.".
