has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 6, strike the bracket and line through "he is" and strike the colon.

     2. On page 2, strike lines 7 through 9 in their entirety.

     3. On page 2, line 10, strike "(2) otherwise".

     4. On page 2, line 11, after the period insert "A person who drives a vehicle not owned by or regularly furnished or available to that person for the purpose of safely transporting another person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs shall be exempt from the provisions of this subsection during that limited activity.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
