HOUSE BILL 253

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 15, strike "All" and insert in lieu thereof "In lieu of the imposition of a gross receipts tax on the sale of newspapers, all".

     2. On page 1, line 16, after "published" insert "daily".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
