    1. On page 2, line 5 after “owns” insert “and operates in New Mexico”.

    2. On page 3, line 18 after “owns” insert “and operates in New Mexico”.

    3. On page 3, line 19 after “punished” strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 20 and 21 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof “pursuant to Section

66-8-7".
