HOUSE BILL 442

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 4, after "may" insert ", with cause".

     2. On page 7, line 20, after "have" remove the brackets and strike-through.

     3. On page 9, line 3, after "damages" insert "beginning with the first day of covered employment".

     4. On page 9, lines 3 and 4, remove the brackets and strike- through and strike "ten dollars ($10.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred dollars ($100)".

     5. On page 9, lines 4 and 5, strike "up to three times the actual amount of underpaid wages when the".

     6. On page 9, line 7, remove the brackets and strike-through.
