    1. On page 4, line 24, after "including", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 through the comma.

    2. On page 5, lines 2 and 3, strike "the executive director of the New Mexico finance authority,".

    3. On page 5, line 8, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".
