has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, remove the brackets and line through "is of good moral character".

     2. On page 1, line 19, after "character", insert a comma.

     3. On page 2, line 12, remove the brackets and line through

"a person of good moral character and is".
