    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 114

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike the senate judiciary committee amendment.

     2. On page 2, line 1, after the first occurrence of "work" strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 2 and 3 and insert in lieu thereof a comma and the following:

"the worker is not entitled to temporary total disability benefits if:

                (1) the employer offers work at the worker's preinjury wage; or

                (2) the worker accepts employment with another employer at the worker's preinjury wage.",

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
