    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 240

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 15, after "1978" insert a period and the following:

"The database shall not contain any financial information. If any information in the database is revealed by an employee of the administrative office of the courts or the information systems division to individuals other than employees of the administrative office of the courts, the information systems division or the department, the employee shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Section 7-1-76 NMSA 1978".

    2. On page 15, lines 6, 7 and 23, after each occurrence of "district" insert ", metropolitan".

    3. On page 17, line 5, strike "Magistrate" and insert in lieu thereof "Metropolitan and magistrate".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
