    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 250

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, strike "five dollars fifteen cents ($5.15)" and insert in lieu thereof "five dollars sixty cents ($5.60)".

    2. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new section:

    "Section 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of Subsection B of Section 1 of this 2005 act apply to wages earned on or after July 1, 2005.".
