    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 455

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 25, line 3, after the paragraph designation "(8)" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 4 through 6 and on line 7, strike "resources" and insert in lieu thereof:

"the council may adjust the amount of local share otherwise required if it determines that a school district has used all of its local resources. Before making any adjustment to the local share".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
