    1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "and that has assets totaling less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    2. On page 2, line 9, after "purposes" insert "and is eligible for funding pursuant to the Rural Primary Health Care Act".

    3. On page 2, line 20, after "services" insert "and including services delivered at a primary care clinic, telehealth site or a school-based health center".

    4. On page 2, line 22, strike ", delivered" and insert in lieu thereof a period and a quotation mark and strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety.
