    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 515

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 14, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and on line 15, after "corporation" insert "or the state or a political subdivision of the state".

    2. On page 8, between lines 5 and 6, insert a new subsection to read: 

         "C. a facility of tobacco product manufacturing;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
