AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR STATE PARKS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million eight hundred ten thousand dollars ($1,810,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 and subsequent fiscal years to pay land acquisition, planning and construction and operational costs at Mesilla Valley Bosque state park. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
