    1. On page 2, line 15, after "AUTHORIZATION.--" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 16 and strike line 17 through "subject" and insert in lieu thereof "Subject".

    2. On page 6, line 7, after "individual's" insert "family".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
