SENATE BILL 789, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "ALLOWING" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 through "FOR".

    2. On page 1, line 13, strike "PARTICIPATING" and insert in lieu thereof "TO PARTICIPATE".

    3. On pages 1 through 3, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
