has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

 SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE        SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 845

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 41, line 10, after the period insert:

    "The election shall be in accordance with the Tax Increment Law and may be called as a special election or may be held concurrently with an election held pursuant to the Municipal Election Code.".

    2. On page 85, line 16, after the period insert:

    "The election may be called as a special election or may be held concurrently with an election held pursuant to the Municipal Election Code.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
