AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FILM AND TELEVISION TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AMERICAN INDIAN AND ALASKA NATIVE CULTURE AND ARTS DEVELOPMENT.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to support a film and television training program for American Indian and Alaska native culture and arts development. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
