AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE OPERATION OF THE YOUNG CHILDREN'S HEALTH CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to support the operation of the young children's health center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
