    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 977

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "FOR A CIVIL FINE" and insert in lieu thereof "ADDITIONAL CIVIL DAMAGES".

    2. On page 3, line 1, before the period insert "and any access fee, not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), charged by the landowner for access".

    3. On page 3, line 3, after "misdemeanor" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 4 and 5.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
