has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

    2. On page 2, line 17, after the first “of” insert “all current and future”, strike “state” and after “employees” strike the remainder of the line, and insert in lieu thereof “, excluding management employees of the contractor,”.
