five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to purchase and install a one million gallon potable
water storage tank in Tularosa in Otero county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

TULAROSA LIBRARY PHASE 1 PLANNING
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan for the construction of a library in Tularosa
in Otero county
TULAROSA PARKS PLAYGROUND EQUIP PURCHASE
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for
parks in Tularosa in Otero county
TULAROSA RECREATION FACILITY CONSTRUCT
one million three hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred sixty dollars ($1,336,560) to plan,
design and construct a recreation facility, including a gymnasium, storage, concessions,

to the public education department
