four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct water system

improvements in Carrizozo in Lincoln county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

CARRIZOZO BATHHOUSE/SWIMMING POOL

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct a bathhouse at the swimming pool in

Carrizozo in Lincoln county
