two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design and construct an

airport terminal building in Lea county

LEA COUNTY ROADS IMPROVE

five million one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($5,175,000) to plan, design and

construct improvements to caliche roads in Lea county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

LEA COUNTY DETENTION CENTER RENOVATE

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to plan, design and construct the

renovation of the old detention center for use by the sheriff's department in Lea county

LEA COUNTY EVENT CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct a roof replacement for the

county event center in Lea county

LEA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS PARKING LOT IMPROVE

four hundred ninety-two thousand dollars ($492,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to the parking lot, including fencing and striping, at the county fairgrounds in

Lea county

LEA COUNTY TELECOMMUNICATIONS IMPROVE

twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) to plan, design and construct telecommunications

infrastructure in Lea county

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

bleachers at Lovington high school in Lovington municipal school district in Lea county

LOVINGTON HIGH SCHL STADIUM LIGHTS IMPROVE

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to design, construct and purchase a stadium lighting

system for Lovington high school in Lovington municipal school district in Lea county

LOVINGTON HIGH SCHOOL GYM FLOOR RESURFACE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct floor resurfacing in the

Lovington high school gymnasium in the Lovington municipal school district in Lea county

LOVINGTON MUNI SCHLS ADMIN BUILDING REROOF

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a new roof for the

Lovington schools administration building in the Lovington municipal school district in Lea

improvements for the Yarbro, Llano, Jefferson, Lea and Ben Alexander elementary schools
