five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1

improvements to Elks drive in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

LAS CRUCES CITY TRANSIT SHELTERS CONSTRUCT-PH 2

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design and construct phase 2
