one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct water

and wastewater system improvements in Des Moines in Union county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DES MOINES EMS BUILDING

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an

emergency medical services building in Des Moines in Union county

DES MOINES VEHICLE GARAGE

thirty-eight thousand five hundred ($38,500) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a

vehicle garage in Des Moines in Union county
