nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) to plan, design and construct water and wastewater

system improvements to the Black Mesa development in Espanola in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe

counties

to the department of transportation

BLACK MESA DVLP ROADS-ESPANOLA

four hundred seventy thousand dollars ($470,000) to plan, design and construct roads in the

Black Mesa development in Espanola in Rio Arriba county

MCCURDY RD/RIVERSIDE DR AREA ROAD IMPROVE/DRAINAGE

one million five hundred seventy thousand dollars ($1,570,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to roadways, curbs and gutters and storm drains in the McCurdy road and

Riverside drive area of Espanola in Rio Arriba county
