    1. On page 2, line 25, strike "an offender's" and insert in lieu thereof "a" and strike "was" and insert in lieu thereof "imposed pursuant to Paragraph (1), (2) or (3) of Subsection B of this section is".

    2. On page 5, line 3, strike "an offender's" and insert in lieu thereof "a" and strike "was" and insert in lieu thereof "imposed pursuant to Paragraph (1), (2) or (3) of Subsection B of this section is".
