HOUSE BILL 243

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 2, line 10, strike “Las Cruces” and insert in lieu thereof “Dona Ana county”.

    3. On page 7, strike Section 8 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
