HOUSE BILL 275

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 30, line 16, delete "the use of" and insert in lieu thereof "the prescription, administration and dispensing of".

     2. On page 30, line 18, after the second comma, insert "medical devices,".

     3. On page 30, line 22, after "surgery", insert ", except for the dispensing of a drug by injection," and strike "prescription or" and "or dangerous".

     4. On page 30, lines 23 and 24, strike the underscored material.
