    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 400, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 9, strike "seven".

    2. On page 3, line 10, strike "and one nonvoting member".

    3. On page 4, strike lines 8 through 11 and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(8) a member from each pueblo located in the district.".

    4. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 1, 2 and 3.

    5. On page 9, lines 20 through 23, strike Paragraph (7) in its entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    7. On page 10, line 4, after "bequest", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or eminent domain".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
